The beginning

Eight hours away from your child… what happens there?

Every morning, thousands of parents hand their most precious to a nursery — then spend the day wondering: did they eat? did they play? did they laugh today? A traditional nursery is a closed box until pickup time.

Allemny Early Education Group wanted to break that box: an app opening a window into their children's day — following activities, seeing photos and videos moment by moment, paying tuition in a tap — plus a full operations dashboard running the nurseries from within.

Inside the app: upcoming invoices, child profiles and classes, and one-tap tuition payment

Chapter one — The parents' experience

A private social network… starring your child

  • An illustrated diary from the classroom: teachers share the day's photos and videos — activities, meals, moments — in a feed that feels like social media, but private and safe for the nursery's parents only.
  • Activity and event tracking: what did they learn today? what's next week? Everything in the app — not in crowded WhatsApp groups.
  • Tuition without awkwardness or queues: the whole year's plan in view — paid, remaining, every due date — with one-tap online payment.

Chapter two — The operations dashboard

Running the whole nursery… from one screen

Behind the app we built management a dashboard covering the nursery's full needs:

  • Classes and children: child profiles, classes, and groups — each child linked to their guardian.
  • Invoices and payments: issuing yearly plans, tracking paid and overdue, ready financial reports.
  • Content and notifications: publishing events, managing teachers' posts, and instant notifications to parents.

The result: an administration spending its time with children — not ledgers.

Chapter three — The engineering

Thousands of photos and videos daily… without waiting

Allemny's real technical challenge is media: teachers uploading huge videos and photos from phones, and parents expecting to watch instantly at high quality. So we built a complete cloud pipeline:

  • S3 cloud storage: direct, safe uploads no matter the file size — without straining the servers.
  • Smart media processing: automatic conversion and compression in modern formats that keep quality while shrinking size — a heavy video turns light without a mother losing the clarity of her child's smile.
  • CDN delivery: content served from the point nearest each user — instant playback, no buffering spinner.

Invisible engineering — but it is the difference between an app that "shows photos" and an experience parents open eagerly every day.

The most precious notification a parent receives is not an offer or a discount — it is a photo of their child laughing in the middle of the day.

Technology at its noblest: peace of mind

Allemny combines three things we do best: humane user experience, a complete operations system for management, and cloud engineering that handles heavy media without compromising quality. Early education — and every family-facing service — deserves this level.
