User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send your request

Email the address shown below with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Use the email address or telephone number connected to your interaction whenever possible.

• Your full name.
• The email address and/or WhatsApp telephone number used to contact Gavan Tech.
• A short description of where you contacted us, such as the website form, WhatsApp, a Meta ad, or a project account.
• Whether you want all eligible data deleted or only a particular conversation or record.

2. Protect your account

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for limited additional information solely to confirm that the requester controls the relevant email address or telephone number.

3. What we will do

• Locate records reasonably linked to the verified identifiers you provide.
• Delete or irreversibly anonymise eligible CRM, website, WhatsApp integration, and marketing-attribution records.
• Ask active processors to delete eligible copies where required and technically available.
• Confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained.

4. Timing

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within seven business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. Complex requests or legally required checks may take longer; if so, we will explain the reason and expected timing.

5. Information we may retain

We may retain the minimum information necessary for accounting, contractual, legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or system-backup obligations. Retained information is restricted from ordinary marketing use and removed or anonymised when the applicable need ends.

6. Meta and WhatsApp accounts

This request covers information controlled by Gavan Tech. To delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or another platform, use that provider’s account and privacy controls as well.
